Alright, old folks

When you go to write a blog, there is the Title box, then under that is the big white box that you write your post in. In the top left corner it says "font," in the top right corner it says "preview." in between those are lots of little pictures. To add a picture, click on the little landscape (mountains and blue sky). If you rest your mouse over it it says "add image" (very small print, will need glasses). It then gives you the option to "add image from your computer." click "browse" and select the picture from the file you've saved it in (ex. "Peter's picture library" or something like that). Click upload and you should be all set.

Same goes for the link. click on the image that looks like a globe wearing reading glasses. It will ask for the URL and just copy paste it in.
