I made it to London and back this weekend! We had a wonderful time, Hallie and I took the train in and met up with Annie and Hafsa who are studying there and Teresa who came in from Paris. They're all Middkids. Unfortunately we got in a little later than we thought we would, so didn't have time to do all the touristy things like see Buckingham palace and London Bridge, which was kind of dissapointing. But Kelsey is coming to visit me in a few weeks, and I think we'll go together.
At night we met up with more American kids that Teresa knows and we went to a club called Mahiki (look it up online!), well known for being Prince Harry's favorite club in London. We didn't see him, but the rumor is that he's there frequently. It's also been in the tabloids a lot with pictures of Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Emma Watson, Kelly Osborne, etc. It was so much fun! The best music! We danced for 3 hours straight (and I was wearing 6in heels!) and had the best time. All the kids we went with were really fun, great dancers, and we knew all the songs so we could sing along.
Hallie and I stayed with Hafsa in her flat, which was great because we didn't have to worry about paying for a hotel or hostel.
